我的样品在巴基斯坦被骗经过!
8月上旬,我收到一巴基斯坦客户的询盘,需要无绳电话,我将产品图片发过去,客户从里面挑了两款,说需要样品各一台。我开始也在怀疑是不是骗子,看看他网站beaconet.net,觉的做的还是比较精致,也不象是骗子,但网站里面看不出他们经营什么具体产品,倒好象是提供电讯服务的公司。我心里还是存在希望的。也想着赚钱的时候是多开心。

开始我要求客户承担邮寄费,但客户不愿意说他们没有预先支付邮寄费和样品费的政策。并且指定要dhl和fedex快递。而且说明如果质量不行的话,他们将出钱把样品寄回来。如下文:
hello george, thanks for reply , but note our company policy is we cannot pay sample and freight payment in advanced , but when we received and checked, if sample quality is good , then we send tt payment for our order and we send sample and freight(fedex or dhl) with our tt payment for our order。
if another hand sample quality is not good then we send back to company on our company expenses , when we received and check cordless telephonesample , we send 30% paymentof our order by tt payment the other 70 % payment before 1 week before shipment ,if you agree with us then you send sample by fedex or dhl urgently and
send us tracking number .

2)他指定要dhl 和fedex ,还不能要普通mail post 。后来为了表示诚意,也想冒险试试这个机会,我就用fedex邮寄出去了,发票也是根据farhaj kashif的要求,每台样机以3usd 的价格做的。说是为了应付海关交税。
hello george, thanks for reply , but please note samples send by dhl or fedex only ,do not send by post mail , in pakistan every samples or any product come from any country for importers are deduct by government , please note samples only send by fedex or dhl only and invoice as our advice, after send sample please send us tracking number for dhl or fedex urgently.
3)在没寄出去前,客户一直积极的发邮件,标题一直是urgently reply ,有时候还urgently,urgently ,urgently reply! 搞的我也催促相关人员早点把样品寄出去。寄出去后,我把跟踪号码告诉客户。客户好象放心了,就再也不积极回复我了。反倒我开始积极联系他,问他收到没有,发了几封后,他说收到样品,交技术部门检测。需要一周。我就等了一周,一周后我又发几封邮件催,他回了,说这几天他发烧,叫我再等3-4天。这时候我已经估计是碰到骗子了,但我还是等了4天后问他,后来他回复说:

说的这话我至今不明白是什么意思。就是:in pakistan electricity polls are in streets 这句话。这也不涉及质量问题啊。死鬼啊! 我业务刚刚起头,就碰到这样的骗子。
我现在知道已经没什么希望,但我还是发邮件给客户,说希望他遵守诺言,把样品给我寄回来。昨天发了邮件,一直没回复,今天我又发了一次,估计还是石沉大海,有去无回。这个历时一个月的样品被骗经历,也该划上句号了。
看来我以后一定要坚持邮寄费对方承担的原则了。不承担邮寄费的,我就放弃。这次损失了925元人民币,虽然不是我自己出钱,虽然最开始我就强调了风险,但是我也心疼啊。总觉得欠别人人情似的。而且心情也不好,不知道什么时候业务能做好起来,能够让人高兴起来,能看到希望之所在。
哎……..痛苦的黑夜什么时候才可以熬过去啊! 尽管被骗了,但我没有选择,我要继续走下去。
